I saw this graphic a couple of years ago and I just thought it was perfect for this day. I know it can be a great day, and I know first hand that it can be a difficult day too. I added the bottom words for an IG story because I thought that category was missing and one I can relate to!
Recently I remembered a blog post I had written about my own mother. I wrote it in 2010. I mention my kids who were in High school at that time and now they are 29 an 26! And then there is an even more significant example of the passing of time–my mom passed away almost 40 years ago! That is a lifetime. She has been gone longer than I knew her. Some of you have been here and reading for that long and you will likely remember it. Here is my Mother’s Day Tribute
