Today I thought I would post some things I’ve found while out/about. Enjoy! I found these shoes at Nordstrom and thought they’ll never work. (flats usually give me heel pain) I was pleasantly surprised. I love them! Nordstrom stores appear to be low in stock due to popularity. They are available online. The reviews said they ran large. Perhaps that is why they worked on my wide foot! Oxfords are all the rage this fall. These come without laces, but you could add those if you like. I added links for easy browsing and online shopping.
The ponte knit is the IN FABRIC right now and is so comfortable and forgiving in both skirts and pants! Trumpet skirt was a find at White House, Black Market. It appears to have disappeared online since I found this photo, but still may be available in stores. Pencil skirts by Halogen.
The Gap has had some great jeans lately. While I ran out of time trying on, I’m fairly confident these are the same Curvy Boot-cut I bought last year now called Perfect boot. I love these! Also from the Gap: Blazer/Cardi. The description called it the perfect hybrid as it is comfy yet tailored. I agree.
Kohl’s had a beautifully fitted leather jacket for 99.99 by Apt 9. Add in a coupon and you have a deal! Vera Wang cardigan is super cute as is the skirt (which I own) I was between sizes on the sweater or it would have been a quick reasonable outfit. Check it out for yourself! Then, while helping Ruth, our virtual boot consultation winner, I ran across these booties by VanEli. Honestly, nearly the same thing at Nordstrom and they are comfy! Van Eli could be my favorite new brand. They must do a different line of styles for DSW just as I’m noticing some of the other brands do as well.
