I’ll be offering a FOOD & FASHION Reset starting this week. It’s a 4- workshop which will take place on Zoom. We liked this format so you would be able to interact, ask questions and receive immediate feedback. I’m partnering with my friend Kara Trochta who is a registered dietician from San Antonio. She specializes in Intuitive Eating. This is NOT another diet or eating plan. It’s about mindset. It’s a new way to look at your eating patterns focusing on Mindful Eating & Emotional Eating.
How many diets have you tried only to gain the weight back? How much money have you spent on books, plans, shakes and supplements? I know it’s a staggering amount for our society in general and personally I don’t want to even think about that number for myself!
I’ll be covering the fashion piece of course. It’s a topic I cover when I work with clients one on one. I will help you dig in and learn your style in a way you’ve likely never thought about before. You will learn how personality traits play in. I like to put it this way… Have you ever purchased that perfect outfit that fit you just right, was the exact color you’ve been complimented on in the past, yet it sits in your closet unworn. I will help you learn why.
In my second session we will identify and define shopping patterns and habits that can cause you to overbuy, purchase the wrong things and get caught in the BUY.PURGE.BUY cycle I refer to. We can all purge and organize our closets, but if you can’t identify what is not working and why you continue to make shopping mistakes again and eventually purge again and again.
