It was time for a quick photo shoot so I headed to Ann Taylor to find something a little different. I often purchase a number of pieces and try to make it all work together when I get home. I ended up with quite a combination! While I only ended up with one piece from Ann Taylor, there were some good things to choose from. Most of the store was 40-50% off!
Frequently readers ask– do you keep the things you show in photos. Only a very small percentage goes in my closet. I don’t need that many clothes as I found out from my Capsule Wardrobe experiment!

The Blouse is from Ann Taylor. This print is shown in several styles. The pants are Wit & Wisdom from Nordstrom and I loved them! They are light weight and very comfortable. Shoes are Cabi (yes they do 2-3 styles each season) Bag is from Anthropologie and it also had a cross-body strap.
In my Cabi post I showed this same sweater but I was wearing it with the zipper in the back. It’s appropriately called the Switch Cardigan.Yes, that’s the beauty of Cabi pieces.
The sunglasses are Jimmy Choo–a bargain I found at Nordstrom Rack. I figured I’ll never have a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes so sunglasses will have to do!
Shoe Switch! Believe it or not, they are Dansko!
Ever skincare unveiled these new Smooth Sticks which are like a lip balm on steroids with a tint. All good-for -your ingredients: Shea Butter, coconut and argon oil and peptides. They are so moisturizing and the brighter tints have more pigment with some staying power.
Have you noticed that denim jackets are becoming more over-sized again? But I’m not so sure that is my best look. I’m sticking with my fitted one for now. You can find many jacket options on my SHOP page.
